Belgrade, February 23rd 2000 (Tanjug) - President of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Supreme Army commander Slobodan Milosevic received today newly-appointed Defense Minister army General Dragoljub Ojdanic and new Chief of the Yugoslav Army General Staff General Nebojsa Pavkovic together with the commanders of strategic groups, stated the Presidental Military Cabinet.

Generals Ojdanic and Pavkovic informed president Milosevic that they officially assumed offices.

President Milosevic praised Generals Ojdanic and Pavkovic for the results achieved to date and wished them success in their new posts.
